Blackstone Energy's founder personally serves as your contracted project manager, bringing eight years of experience primarily in IT, as well as startup and business initiatives. We coordinate defined projects, stakeholders, schedules, milestones, risks, and delivery. This is a project management service—not a recruiting or staffing placement.
Fixed Hourly Rates
Transparent hourly pricing. A four-hour minimum applies per engagement, not per meeting or per day.
Business & Startup Project Management
$110/hour
4-hour minimum: $440
Execution leadership for defined startup launches, operational initiatives, process improvements, and business projects.
Economic Development Project Coordination
$110/hour
4-hour minimum: $440
Execution coordination for an approved economic development initiative, including schedules, stakeholder follow-through, and reporting. Strategy development is offered separately through Economic Development & Business Growth.
Project Planning Packages
IT Project Assessment & Roadmap
Starting at $1,500
Discovery, high-level delivery roadmap, milestones, risks, and next-step recommendations for a defined technology project.
Business Project Planning Package
Starting at $1,250
Defined-project objectives, work plan, timeline, stakeholder responsibilities, and delivery milestones—not general startup or growth strategy.
Engagement terms: The four-hour minimum is per contracted hourly engagement. Additional hours are billed at the applicable fixed hourly rate. Package pricing begins at the listed amount and is finalized in a written scope of work. Ongoing monthly arrangements and approved travel expenses are quoted separately. Blackstone Energy coordinates projects but does not provide licensed engineering or other regulated specialist services.

Recruiting & Staffing: Finds and places talent; custom quotes. Economic Development & Business Growth: Advises on strategy and growth; published starting package prices. Project Management & Consulting: Personally leads delivery of defined projects; fixed hourly rates and planning packages. Services can work together under separate scopes of work.
